




Lemon Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs, yolks and whites separated
- 1 can condensed milk
- fresh milk as needed
- ¾ lemon juice
Directions:
Mix the yolks, sugar and butter in a bowl; add baking powder, flour and milk. Make the batter and empty it into a baking dish.
Pre-heat the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the toothpick introduced into the middle of the cake comes out clean. Mix fresh lemon juice and egg whites whipped up to foam. Add the frosting to the cake and place it in the oven until golden brown.
